Production Support Analyst

Job Title: Senior Application Production Support Analyst / IT Systems Analyst III Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Application Production Support Analyst to support critical Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) applications within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple business-critical applications and will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, production support, change management, and continuous operational improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong Application Production Support experience, a solid understanding of Asset Finance & Securitization business processes, Commercial Lending and Mortgage domain knowledge, and expertise supporting enterprise applications in a 24x7 production environment.

This position requires close collaboration with application teams, technical teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders while participating in an on-call support rotation. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 Application Production Support for critical Asset Finance & Securitization applications. A ct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple business applications and associated workflows.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to maintain application availability and performance. Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent solutions for recurring issues. Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Support application deployments, production releases, and environment readiness activities. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve production issues. Support Commercial Lending, Mortgage, and Asset Finance business applications.

Participate in application monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization initiatives. Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks. Participate in 24x7 production support and monthly on-call rotation.

Support automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Application Production Support experience in enterprise environments. Experience supporting financial services or banking applications.

Strong understanding of Asset Finance & Securitization business processes. Experience supporting Commercial Lending and/or Mortgage applications. Proven experience working within ITIL-based support organizations.

Strong Incident, Problem, and Change Management experience. Experience working with cross-functional technical and application teams. Experience supporting applications in a 24x7 production environment.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Prior experience supporting enterprise financial applications. Experience with AI-driven automation and operational improvements. Previous experience working within large global banking organizations.
