Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Cork, who are currently seeking a Production Supervisor.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will support the smooth running of day-to-day production operations. You will supervise production teams, ensuring targets around output, quality, efficiency, and safety are met.

Duties

• Supervising and supporting production teams, ensuring clear communication and effective shift handovers.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards.
• Liaising with technical, engineering, and planning teams to help maintain efficient factory operations.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency.

Essential

• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a manufacturing/ Production or factory setting.
• A good working knowledge of production KPIs and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to motivate and support teams.
• A flexible, practical approach with good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
