Production Manager / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and direct daily manufacturing and production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals. Build trust and credibility with employees at all levels through visible, approachable leadership. Establish and manage staffing plans aligned with production demand and operational priorities.

Drive LEAN manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Monitor and communicate key operational performance metrics related to output, quality, labor utilization, and on‑time delivery. Partner cross‑functionally with quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support production readiness.

Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Coach and develop frontline leaders and supervisors to support team engagement and performance. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Support capital improvement projects and operational change initiatives. Ensure adherence to internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Serve as a change leader in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Background in Production Management, Operations Management, or similar plant leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience with LEAN Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. Hands‑on leadership style with a track record of building high‑performing teams.

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities. Experience within hydraulics or industrial manufacturing environments. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills is highly preferred.

Exposure to project management, process optimization, or operational transformation initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Benefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
