Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Machine Operator - $23.50/hr - Temp to Perm to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Machine Operator - $23.50/hr - Temp to Perm
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Range: $23.50/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM
What's the Job?
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up equipment and perform changeovers for different production runs
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks and ensure product specifications are met
- Complete production documentation and reports accurately
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills
