Production Engineer

Production Engineer Bristol | Manufacturing | £40,000 – £50,000 5% Bonus We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company based in Bristol to recruit a Production Engineer as part of their continued growth. The Role As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations while driving improvements across processes, equipment, and output quality.

You will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for optimisation and implement effective engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Support production activities to ensure efficient and reliable operations Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Analyse manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste Troubleshoot production and equipment issues Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams Assist with the introduction of new products and processes into production Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar) Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment Effective communication and teamwork skills Package & Benefits Salary of £40,000 – £50,000 5% annual bonus 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 37.5-hour working week 1 day per week working from home If you are a motivated Production Engineer looking to develop your career within a supportive and progressive manufacturing environment, we would be keen to hear from you.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
