Production Department Manager (d/f/m)

Overview

In this role you will lead a plant cell/department, modelling safety, quality, and reliable delivery. You will own output and process KPIs while driving continuous improvement and Lean adoption per Henkel standards. You will develop the team and nurture leaders, partnering with cross-functional peers to raise performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, shaping production excellence and Lean culture.

• Lead the entire plant cell/department and ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery
• Model safety, quality, and delivery standards across the team
• Own and manage output KPIs (safety, quality, op.excellence, productivity, cost) and in-process KPIs (qualification level, DMS execution, loss elimination)
• Drive ongoing improvement and execute improvement projects
• Develop the organization and future leaders within the team
• Implement Lean manufacturing according to Henkel (HPS) standards
• Pursue best industry practices and continuous self/team development

• Master degree in technical field
• 5 years of relevant production leadership experience
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Strong practical Lean manufacturing / TPM / IWS skills
• Fluent in German and English
