Role Description The Product & UI/UX Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for owning the end-to-end product experience for AI-powered engineering solutions. This role involves leading product discovery, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and shaping the product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, data, and business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching user needs, translating insights into clear product specifications, designing intuitive interfaces and workflows, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

The Product & UI/UX Lead will oversee usability testing, iterate on designs based on feedback and data, and ensure consistent, accessible, and user-centered experiences across all touchpoints. This position also requires guiding cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders on product vision, and continuously improving product performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong experience acting as a Product Specialist, with a track record of owning product roadmaps and driving successful launches.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting user data, conducting product experiments, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product and design decisions.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on understanding user pain points and delivering solutions that enhance user experience.
• Sales awareness, including the ability to support go-to-market efforts and communicate product value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems.
• Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products, preferably in engineering or technical domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
