Product Marketing Associate (Hiring Immediately)

About the Role About the Role The Product Marketing Associate supports the execution and maintenance of Westwood's marketing materials and content management processes. This role coordinates monthly and quarterly marketing production updates, ensuring materials are accurate, compliant and up to date. Working closely with Compliance, Distribution and other partners, the associate supports product launches, marketing campaigns, content management initiatives, and quality control. The role also provides operational support to the Marketing Services team through cross-training, special projects and ongoing process improvement.

A Day in the Life Monthly and Quarterly Marketing Production Updates – Prepare and update marketing materials for Westwood's Distribution team, including presentations, fact sheets, commentaries and other client-facing collateral. Coordinate updates to holdings, performance, disclosures and other recurring content elements. Resolve production issues with internal partners to ensure materials are accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule. Content Management and Compliance Coordination – Maintain approved marketing materials within Seismic and support ongoing content management initiatives. Coordinate review and approval workflows with Compliance and maintain organized archives of approved materials and supporting content. Analytics, Automation and Process Improvement – Assist with CRM support, marketing reporting and other team initiatives. Support process improvements through analytics, automation tools, and operational best practices.

Cross-Training and Team Support – Participate in cross-training activities to provide backup coverage across Marketing Services, support special projects, and assist the team with priorities and workload demands as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field Experience: 0-3 years Who You Are Knowledge of fundamental investment principles, concepts and terminology

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, manage time effectively and meet deadlines Adaptable to changing work environments and able to handle competing demands Collaborative team player

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with substantial workload Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
