Product Manager

Air Canada is hiring a Product Manager to communicate the product roadmap and support Program Increment planning activities, collaborating with Release Train Engineers to ensure release planning meets goals. The position involves supporting day‑to‑day sprint activities, handling production features, analyzing market trends and customer feedback, mentoring Product Owners, and leading cross‑functional influence. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day sprint activities with agile delivery PODs. Handle ongoing operation of production features, including support for incidents. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and analytics data to drive product evolution. Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners. Drive outcomes through influence in a cross‑functional team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager focused on complex digital products. Ability to provide clear direction and effective communication in both technical and non‑technical terms.
