Senior Product Manager – Fintech | Card Issuing & Payments Toronto, ON (Onsite)- 5 days onsite Full-Time Employment Bachelors is mandate Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep Fintech and Payments experience, specifically on the card issuing side of payments. This role is ideal for someone who has built or managed card programs and understands the end-to-end issuing lifecycle in a fast-paced, client-focused fintech environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, fraud, risk, and customer support teams to build and scale next-generation banking and payments products.

Experience in core issuing platforms, authorization flows, dispute management, clearing & settlement, and scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard) is critical for success in this role. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong Fintech + Card Issuing background Experience building or owning card issuing programs Deep understanding of the issuing lifecycle (not merchant/acquiring) Background in modern fintech platforms and payments ecosystems Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for card issuing and payments platforms Partner with engineering, fraud, risk, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact fintech products Design and enhance card issuing services including authorization, disputes, clearing, and settlement Work with Visa/Mastercard scheme rules and ensure compliance across card lifecycle stages Own fraud-related product initiatives including KYC/AML, risk scoring, fraud detection, and mitigation Gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and manage the product backlog in Agile sprints Remove business-level roadblocks to support smooth engineering deliveryAnalyze product analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement Conduct product demos and clearly communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders Document functional and non-functional requirements, release notes, and product updates Required Qualifications 12–14 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech or Digital Payments Strong experience in card issuing (NOT acquiring or merchant payments) Hands‑on knowledge of Card authorization flows Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules Exposure to KYC/AML, fraud prevention, and risk management within payments Proven experience managing mobile and web-based fintech products Strong Agile/Scrum experience with backlog ownership and sprint execution Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
