Product Manager

The Opportunity We are hiring a finance-oriented Product Manager to take ownership of key areas of the product roadmap, with a focus on financial integrations, KPI frameworks, and performance metrics .

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across leadership. There is urgency behind this hire, reflecting the importance of strengthening product execution and scaling capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, stakeholders, and third-party partners to evolve the platform and improve integration capabilities, particularly across ISA-related systems and financial workflows .

Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap across finance-related features and integrations Lead integration strategy with third-party platforms (including ISA) to ensure seamless data flow Define, track, and optimize core KPIs and performance metrics aligned to business outcomes Collaborate with engineering to enhance existing product capabilities and deliver scalable solutions Partner with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver value quickly Support the development of AI features (currently at an early stage) with a pragmatic, commercial lens Translate financial and data requirements into clear product specifications Continuously improve the product using data insights, user feedback, and market trends What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Product Manager in a data, fintech, or analytics-led environment Strong understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and KPI frameworks Experience delivering product integrations with third-party systems or APIs Ability to own and execute a full product lifecycle and roadmap Commercially driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have Exposure to AI-driven product features (no deep AI background required) Experience with ISA platforms or similar financial products Background in scaling or high-growth tech environments Profile Fit We’re looking for a commercially sharp, metrics-driven Product Manager who can bridge finance and product strategy, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
