**ONLY W2 NO C2C** LOCAL CANDIDATES NO RELOCATION Senior Product Manager - Sales Incentive Compensation Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid Duration: 6+ Months Contract Summary Looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of Sales Incentive Compensation products. This role manages the full product lifecycle, partners with cross-functional teams, and builds tools that improve compensation visibility and accuracy. Responsibilities Define product vision and roadmap Lead requirements, planning, prioritization, and feature delivery Translate compensation plans into scalable product solutions Conduct customer research and analyze market trends Manage testing, risks, dependencies, and product releases Track key success metrics and ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with HR, Finance, Engineering, and Legal Requirements 6+ years of product management experience 2+ years with sales ops/revenue ops/incentive comp tools (Xactly, Spiff, Varicent, etc.) Experience with AI/ML product capabilities Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Technical understanding of Agile development Proficient with data analysis and product tools (e.g., Aha!) #J-18808-Ljbffr
