Hi, I hope you are doing well Please inform me of your availability regarding the requirements listed below Job Description Job Title: Product Manager Location: Halifax NS, Canada We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can understand client needs, define product vision, and drive the development of high-value product features aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and clients to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.

Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and improve product capabilities. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user journeys, workflows, and feature specifications. Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.

Support Agile product development lifecycle, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. Conduct product testing, UAT, feature validation, and analyze user feedback and adoption metrics to improve product performance. Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and user experience enhancements.

Engage regularly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful product adoption. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Experience in client engagement, product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.

Exposure to UI/UX collaboration, workflow automation, and user journey optimization. Financial Services / Capital Markets domain experience is highly preferred.
