Role Overview We’re seeking a Product Manager to help drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Modisoft’s digital product ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping product direction, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of features that meet customer and business needs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support to guide initiatives from concept through launch.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. What You’ll Do Own and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Translate ideas, business requirements, and customer feedback into clear product specifications and user stories.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan, build, test, and release high‑quality features on schedule. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership. Gather and interpret data, customer insights, and support trends to guide prioritization.

Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. Participate in customer discussions, demos, and events as needed. Qualifications Required 1–2+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role, ideally within SaaS or digital product environments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize updates for technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and operational teams.

Ability and willingness to travel for business or customer needs. Preferred Experience in software, digital platforms, or technology‑driven products. Familiarity with product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard).
