Product Manager

Finturf is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing Fintech products for at least 2 years, from concept to launch, and are ready to take on the next challenge, we want to hear from you. As a Product Manager at Finturf, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and meet the needs of our users.

Note: KNOWLEDGE OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED. This position is ON-SITE in Glendale, CA. What You'll Do: Take charge of product initiatives, ensuring they are in line with our strategic goals and effectively address user requirements.

Collaborate closely with various departments to facilitate seamless development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights for product enhancement.

Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure our products adhere to industry standards and regulations. Requirements: Experience in software development, quality assurance, or solutions engineering. Knowledge of performance marketing, particularly in lead generation or distribution within the fintech or home improvement sectors.

Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Point of Sale (POS) lending, or home improvement financing.
