Position Overview The Product Manager – Consumables is responsible for the global strategy, pricing, lifecycle management, and financial performance of an aftermarket consumables portfolio. This role focuses on driving product differentiation, increasing installed base utilization, and delivering sustained margin growth across field operations. Key Responsibilities Define and execute portfolio strategy, including market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and margin optimization.

Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap aligned with equipment evolution and aftermarket growth objectives. Drive increased consumables usage across active equipment fleets. Identify product innovation opportunities in materials, design, and manufacturing processes.

Manage full product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization and portfolio simplification. Own pricing strategy, including list pricing, discount structures, and value-based pricing approaches. Monitor cost structures, supplier strategies, and profitability at the SKU level.

Partner cross-functionally to improve product performance using field data and customer feedback. Support product launches and commercial efforts through training and sales enablement. Qualifications Experience in product management within an aftermarket or installed-base business model.

Strong skills in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and margin management. Ability to translate technical data into customer value. Familiarity with high-wear components and industrial applications.

Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5–10 years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or commercial roles within industrial or energy-related sectors.
