Product Manager (API Integrations)

Product Manager II | B2B SaaS | API & Integrations / Gaming Consoles Remote | Immediate Joiners We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join a fast-growing product team and help shape the future of customer support and helpdesk technology Experience Required: 5-7 Years What We're Looking For: ✔ Proven Product Management experience in B2B SaaS products ✔ Strong understanding of Customer Service, Help Desk, and Support workflows ✔ Experience owning and delivering products in the $25M-$100M ARR stage ✔ Expertise in Agile product development and roadmap execution ✔ Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and UX teams ✔ Data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product thinking Mandatory Domain Experience (At least one): • API & Integrations • Gaming Consoles Key Responsibilities:• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and growth • Gather insights from customers, sales, and customer success teams • Work closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch impactful features • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to improve user experience
