Product Development International Markets Senior Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Support the development of Unit Linked products for international markets (e.g., Spain, Croatia, Slovakia)
• Oversight and contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch monitoring
• Ensure alignment with POG (Product Oversight & Governance) frameworks and local regulatory requirements
• Manage interactions with external partners and distributors (banks, networks, intermediaries)
• Contribute to product structuring, including investment solutions, pricing and value proposition
• Support passporting activities (FoS) and regulatory interactions
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including KID, policy conditions, and internal governance materials
• Monitor product performance and propose enhancements and rebalancing strategies

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 8-10 years of experience in Insurance product development, preferably Unit Linked or investment products
• Experience in international or cross-border environments
• Experience working with distribution networks or bancassurance models
• University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Law Fields
• Proven exposure to POG frameworks and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, IDD, PRIIPs
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Europe
• Good knowledge of investment solutions structuring
