Role Description The Product Designer role at HITEC ENTERPRISES is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, user-centered product experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user flows and journey maps, creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, and iterating on concepts based on feedback and testing.

The Product Designer will participate in design workshops, present design solutions to the team, maintain design systems and guidelines, and ensure consistency across products. The role also involves partnering with engineering during implementation to refine interactions and verify that the final product matches design intent and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems through user-centered design.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights.
• Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, color, and interaction design for digital products.
• Ability to create clear wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams, communicating design decisions clearly, and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or formal training in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience designing digital products or platforms, ideally within tech or product-led organizations, is an advantage.
