A lead role driving category strategy development and delivery. Works closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to shape and manage effective strategies. Leads key workstreams and team initiatives, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Offers strong progression potential towards Senior Category Manager for the right candidate.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directing category management and stakeholder relationships to drive value and performance.
• Overseeing daily team activity, coordinating delivery against targets and development needs.
• Applying due diligence and market insight to shape and implement effective plans.
• Championing sustainable delivery, supporting carbon reduction across all workstreams.

You’ll Need To Have

• Microsoft Office Tools.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Commercial Acumen.
• GCSE (or equivalent).

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
