Procurement Manager

We're a young, driven team building something meaningful (and tasty!) from the ground up. Role Description This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. We are looking for a Procurement Manager who can: Understand and uphold the regenerative nature of our supply chain and packaging systems.

Continuously source ingredients that meet our cost, taste, and sustainability standards, while staying ahead of supply risks. Negotiate rates, credit terms, storage, and warehousing with current and new vendors. Build and maintain a seasonal ingredient blocking calendar, aligned with our projections.

Work closely with R&D to understand sourcing and packaging requirements as we develop new products. Run internal quality checks on all raw materials and packaging materials, and coordinate with vendors when there's a deviation. Optimize packaging material costs and manage relationships with PM suppliers across rates, warehousing, credit terms, and payment terms.

Coordinate with the production team on RM inward quantities and quality, and with the accounts team on invoice processing. Be the single point of contact for all RM and PM vendors. What we're looking for A genuine interest and understanding in the sustainable sourcing of ingredients. 3–6 years of experience in procurement, ideally in F&B, FMCG, or D2C for both raw materials and packaging.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships rather than transactional ones. Organized enough to run a blocking calendar, proactive enough to anticipate supply risks before they hit. Comfortable owning end-to-end accountability.
