We are seeking a Procurement Data Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta. The role is available for 4 or 8 months starting September 8, 2026.

Responsibilities Translates business needs into production reports and dashboards. Participates in advanced analytics projects. Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Evaluates the outcomes of implemented solutions, identifying and utilizing appropriate methods to measure their impact and effectiveness. Creates and maintains process and system documentation. Assists with quality assurance / system testing.

What You Will Bring To The Role Currently enrolled in a program related to computing science, information management, statistics, or a business program with a focus on data analytics or operations research. Keen interest in inventory and distribution practices and data management as it applies to business intelligence and analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to quickly gain proficiency in new software. Ability to work and facilitate in a team environment. Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred. Experience with relational databases and SQL is preferred but not required. Experience with programming languages such as Python and R is preferred but not required.
