Purpose of the Job We are seeking a skilled Procurement Data Analyst with a robust background in data analytics and a proven track record in consulting firms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement data analysis, particularly within the chemicals industry, and some experience in logistics procurement. This role involves leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize procurement processes. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Analyze and interpret procurement data specific to the chemicals industry, focusing on spend analysis, cost optimization, and supplier performance.

Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to interpret, analyze, and visualize procurement data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement in procurement strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide insights into procurement performance and cost optimization.

Conduct thorough data validation, ensuring accuracy and reliability of procurement data sources. Drive process improvements by leveraging data-driven insights and recommending strategies to enhance procurement efficiency. Provide actionable recommendations and solutions based on data analysis to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.

Communicate complex findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at various levels. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in a data analyst role with a focus on procurement, preferably in consulting firms.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain dynamics. Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills with the capability to present findings to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Certifications in data analytics or procurement-related disciplines. Experience working with ERP systems like SAP and procurement software like ARIBA. Please apply via our online recruitment system.
