The Company has built a high-quality portfolio of lithium assets in Western Australia, led by its flagship 100%-owned Manna Lithium Project in the Goldfields region and the Marble Bar Lithium Project in the Pilbara.
The Manna Lithium Project, located approximately 110km east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia's Goldfields region, hosts a JORC Mineral Resource of 51.6Mt @ 1.0% Li₂O and a JORC Ore Reserve of 19.4Mt @ 0.91% Li₂O. Supported by a granted 21-year Mining Lease, a Native Title Mining Agreement with the Traditional Owners, and a completed Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), Manna is well positioned to become one of Australia's next significant lithium operations.
As part of its next phase of growth, Global Lithium has entered into an agreement to acquire the Nova Operation, including an existing processing plant and extensive operating infrastructure. This transformational acquisition has the potential to significantly reduce development capital, accelerate first production and establish an integrated mine‑to‑processing business, positioning GL1 to become one of Western Australia's next lithium producers.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Manager to join the project team at a pivotal stage, as GL1 advances the Manna Lithium Project. This role will initially operate on a hybrid basis between our modern West Perth office and the Nova Processing Plant. As the project progresses into the operational phase, the role will transition to being primarily site‑based.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will own the process engineering and metallurgical strategy for the Nova Bollinger processing hub, from FEED through commissioning and into steady‑state operations, ensuring the plant achieves design recovery and throughput targets for Manna spodumene ore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design reviews and technical assurance of EPCM process engineering deliverables.
- Develop and own the process design basis, operating philosophy and performance guarantees.
- Coordinate commissioning and ramp‑up planning, including operator training and standard operating procedures.
- Manage the Technical Superintendent (Met/Process) and Maintenance Manager in the operations phase.
- Drive continuous improvement of plant recovery, throughput and product quality.
The Ideal Candidate
- A degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- 12+ years’ experience in mineral processing, ideally in lithium or hard rock operations.
- Plant Manager or Superintendent experience in a lithium or hard rock processing circuit will be highly regarded.
