Overview BEPC is actively seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our client’s Production Engineering – Change Services team. This global engineering sub-chapter is responsible for cost-efficient, reliable, and lean change control management (ECRs). The Production Engineer will play a critical role in supporting product care for established products and ensuring successful introduction of new products from pilot phase to commercial production.

This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, global environment. Base pay and employment Base pay range: $59.00/hr - $62.80/hr Employment Type: 1 year contract with the possibility of extensions, Full time Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECRs), working closely with Product and Team Leaders to ensure timely and accurate implementation. Develop and maintain engineering documentation such as requirements, verification records, work plans, material master data, and bills of materials.

Train team members on documentation processes and standards. Manage the seamless phase-in and phase-out of product changes in production. Track and analyze ECR progress and present updates in product meetings.

Ensure engineering documents and master data meet quality standards and regulatory timelines. Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) by aiding in prototype development, coordinating materials, and assessing manufacturability. Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and project timeline requirements.

Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, quality assurance, project leaders) and external teams (e.g., R&D, global customer support). Lead small projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ECR workflows. Facilitate actions resulting from deviations, ensuring full cross-functional alignment.

Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs), Squads, and cross-functional project teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required. 4+ years of relevant experience with a BS, or 2+ years with an MS, or PhD with no experience. Strong mechanical and root-cause problem-solving skills.

Experience with electro-mechanical and fluidic/pneumatic systems. Hands-on troubleshooting and cross-functional team collaboration experience. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency with SAP and MS Office tools. Independent, proactive, and structured working style with strong organizational skills. PE certification preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset with experience driving efficiency measures. Experience leading smaller technical projects or process improvement initiatives.
