Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Process Analyst / Process Improvement / Change Support professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable influencing stakeholders)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished documentation
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter in a growing team environment
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wealth operations (preferred, but not required)
- General banking experience and/or experience within a large financial institution (BMO experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with platforms/systems such as Broadridge, RIS, or similar tools
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and executive-ready summaries
- Develop and maintain documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process maps and workflow documentation
- Other project/change documentation as required
- Lead design and process-change conversations to drive alignment and clarity
- Liaise with Operations, Technology, and Line-of-Business stakeholders to:
- Complete impact assessments
- Identify risks and gaps
- Propose solutions and support decision-making
- Escalate issues appropriately when needed
- Support initiative management activities (note: this is not a Project Manager role)
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Process Analyst to support a large banking client’s initiatives within wealth operations. This individual will play a key role in facilitating meetings, producing high-quality documentation, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Technology, and Line of Business) to assess impacts, identify risks, and support process change efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a self-starter, and highly detail-oriented.
