About Us

Drai's After Hours is a premier Las Vegas nightlife destination with a growing private events and group sales business. We're looking for a motivated coordinator/sales specialist to own that pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for private event and group booking inquiries
• Respond to leads promptly, qualify needs, and convert inquiries into bookings
• Build and manage proposals, contracts, and pricing for private events
• Coordinate event logistics with operations and staff to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain and grow relationships with repeat clients, planners, and partners
• Track outreach, leads, and bookings; report on pipeline and conversion regularly
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, celebration, group/partnership events)

Requirements

• Prior experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or private events coordination
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable owning the full sales cycle
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple active leads and events at once
• Experience with CRM/booking tools (e.g., Tripleseat) a plus
• Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends for events
