Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and LBO models to support investment decisions. Assist in the execution of platform investments, add-on acquisitions, exits, and other strategic transactions, ensuring thorough due diligence and analysis. Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and market trends, particularly within consumer products and media sectors, to inform investment strategies.

Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memos, and investor materials that effectively communicate insights and recommendations. Collaborate with portfolio companies on analytical projects and strategic initiatives to identify value‑creation opportunities. Proactively seek ways to add value and improve processes, demonstrating initiative in a lean team environment.

Engage professionally with management teams, advisors, and investors to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication. Qualifications Must-Have: 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to produce accurate and high-quality work with minimal supervision. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data. Polished communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and stakeholders.

Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Nice-to-Have Experience with sell-side M&A processes. Interest in consumer products, entertainment, media, or related sectors.
