Principal Product Manager

Overview

OpenText seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the Global E‑Invoicing Framework, turning regulatory and client needs into concrete product deliverables. You will own backlog, define epics and acceptance criteria, and drive release readiness in a global, cross‑functional setting. Your work supports compliant, scalable invoicing and AI‑enabled improvements that align with OpenText’s AI‑first direction.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and services to drive adoption and impact.

• Own delivery for core Global E‑Invoicing Framework components, including requirements, backlog, and release readiness
• Translate regulatory mandates into epics, user stories, and testable requirements with Development and SMEs
• Support country enablement planning and ensure traceability from regulation to client readiness
• Partner with Development to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability; participate in design reviews
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success to enable adoption and field readiness
• Coordinate across distributed teams, manage dependencies, and triage issues
• Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement for prioritization and roadmap adjustments
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and triage; explore AI in validation and exception handling

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management experience, regulated domains preferred
• Knowledge of e‑invoicing and compliance concepts (tax controls, formats, country mandates, clearance models)
• Experience with engineering on B2B integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), data validation, high‑reliability services
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify regulatory topics for diverse audiences
• Experience in global, matrixed environments with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast‑changing regulatory contexts; strong execution and attention to detail
• Interest in AI and practical use of AI tools to boost productivity
