Anyone serving as a Principal, Assistant Principal or central office certificated administrator in OUSD in 2026-27 needing to clear their Administrative Services credential is eligible for this tuition-free , job-embedded, individualized coaching program. In partnership with Rooted, Oakland Unified Educators have access to more affordable housing. Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a California Commission on Teacher Credentialing issued Administrative Services Credential, must be eligible for employment in the US and pass a criminal background check.

Candidates must have three current professional references on file, including one from a previous supervisor.
