Assistant Manager

Job Summary Champions Club Apartments is hiring! Be a visible representative of CRH Management, Inc. while increasing the net operating income of the company through effective leasing, marketing and customer service. Involved in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through positive resident relations while following leasing policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities and Duties • With minimal supervision , responsible for assisting the Resident Manager in achieving leasing, management and administrative responsibilities as directed by Resident Manager and CRH Management, Inc. • Make and implement operational decisions that achieve occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction. • Assist in performing all required general administration of the property. • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive, stimulating and safe work environment. • Demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, grooming and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance. • Serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Resident Manager and serve as a role model to peers. • Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents. • Assist in the execution of leasing and marketing plans for the property to maximize traffic and rental closing performance. • Assist in the daily collections and renewals of residents. • Will be required to establish and build relationships with co-workers, vendors and residents relevant to generating/retaining leases, business and revenues. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of prospects and residents. • Complete all assigned training on CRH Management, Inc. systems on a timely manner. • Ability to make decisions and work independently toward general results and to devise new methods and meet new conditions for involved or complex assignments. • Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required. Communication Skills: Include a high ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Reasoning Skills: Must include a high ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Analytical Skills: Must include an intermediate level of ability to gather relevant facts and use them to reach sound and logical conclusions. Administrative Skills: Must include an intermediate ability to plan, prioritize and budget to achieve satisfied clients and goals of CRH Management, Inc.

Math Skills: This position requires intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts. Computer Skills: Should be at an intermediate level and include the use and knowledge of integrated computer systems and other business-related software. Work Environment: An Assistant Manager will be required to work in the following conditions: Standard office environment and outdoor weather conditions.

The noise level will be moderate. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license. Attendance is an imperative job function.
