Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of data platform operations and customer delivery
- Provide technical guidance to a small team of solution engineers
- Monitor health and user FinOps statistics
- Analyze platform level changes and provide technical solutions
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or Technical Certificate
- Expert knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript
- Experience operating in a cloud environment
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Willingness and strength in providing guidance to multiple teams across initiatives
