Job Responsibilities Leads large cross‑functional initiatives to solve complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions Drives development of future project roadmap including sequencing and priority based on sound judgement Provides first line of support for the business for system and process issues & opportunities Provides analysis, recommendations and thought leadership to inform, engage & influence audiences from peers through senior leadership Leads both formal and informal teams of internal and/or external resources (consultants, outsourced support team, 3rd‑party partners) to deliver results Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Operations Management or related field (Preferred) 7‑10 years Relevant supply chain business experience in multiple disciplines (Planning, Forecasting, Allocation/Replenishment, Operations) (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Critical Thinking: Ability to apply experience, reasoning and logic to new or unfamiliar ideas or situations and provide an unbiased analysis; self‑directed, self‑disciplined, self‑monitored, and self‑corrective thinking (Required) Problem Solving: Uses an orderly approach to assess the situation, identify alternatives, understand implications and determine the best solution to complex problems and opportunities; training in Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking and other methodologies is a plus (Required) Management: Ability to direct projects, processes and teams to deliver desired outcomes; proactively identifies risks and opportunities and develops mitigation plans; manages direct reports of contract resources as assigned; manages relationships with 3rd‑party partners; mentors and participates in development of junior members (Required) Leadership: Ability to lead both formal and informal teams that may consist of functional or cross‑functional cohorts (Required) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create effective presentations; facilitate meetings or deliver training; synthesize complex concepts and communicate to any audience from individual contributors up to VP+ level; describe business capability needs so technical resources can translate into solution requirements; document business processes to support sustainable capabilities (Required) Innovation: Delivers revolutionary solutions by looking at problems differently, applying insights from internal and external resources and applying principles of design thinking; challenges the status quo and provides alternate perspectives to support balanced decisioning (Required) Influencing: Applies proven approach and well‑thought‑out plan to socialize, gain alignment and support necessary to deliver positive business outcomes (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes Compensation The base pay range for this position in Coppell, TX is $120,000 to $162,300. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on work location, qualifications and experience. At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role.

Most corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
