The successful applicant will have a high commitment to best practice and personal learning and an enthusiastic and positive approach to tasks. Teacher Assistants support the class teachers to establish and maintain a safe, stimulating, prayerful and productive learning environment that is engaging and supportive, and based on a Christian worldview. Details are below:

Five days (33.75 hours) per week, 40 weeks per year

Work hours: 8.00am-3.15pm

Certificate III in Educational Support and prior experience working with children preferred

Competency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Apple and Google IT software is essential.

The successful applicant will hold a current Blue Card for working with children issued by the Queensland Government and will be able to fully support the Christian ethos of the College.
