Your Role

You'll take responsibility for creating an engaging classroom where children are encouraged to learn, participate and build confidence.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering creative and engaging primary lessons
• Planning learning around different abilities and needs
• Monitoring pupil progress and celebrating achievement
• Providing additional support where children need it
• Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

What You'll Bring

We're Looking For Someone With

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Primary classroom experience or relevant teacher training
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible and inclusive approach to teaching
• Enthusiasm for developing professionally
