Job Description Job Description Job Title: Primary Care / Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) Location: Seattle, WA Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year + Benefits New graduates welcome to apply Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality primary and geriatric care in Seattle, WA. The NP will perform patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures. Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems.

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Qualifications: Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner License .

Board Certified NP with DEA and NPI (or eligibility). Experience in primary care or geriatrics preferred . Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
