Job Description

About This Role

As the Pricing Analyst, you will lead the pricing analysis, commercial modelling and rate card governance across our diverse range of advertising products. Acting as the primary point of contact for pricing queries, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven pricing solutions. This is a highly commercial role where you will directly influence revenue quality, optimise margins and ensure our pricing strategies align seamlessly with market dynamics and product design.

What you'll do

  • Develop pricing frameworks: Build and optimise rate cards across all Cartology products and channels, supporting quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Build commercial models: Support the commercial modelling process by preparing accurate data inputs, conducting underlying analysis and collaborating closely with the Senior Commercial Analyst.
  • Lead pricing operations: Act as the central expert and go‑to contact for pricing queries from Sales, Product, Finance and Revenue Operations.
  • Analyse performance: Monitor key metrics—including effective rate, discount levels and overall yield—to uncover opportunities for pricing efficiency and margin improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with internal teams to ensure pricing aligns with broader business objectives and market conditions.

What you'll bring

  • A strong background in pricing, revenue management or commercial analysis (experience within the media or advertising industry is highly regarded).
  • Proven capability in commercial modelling, scenario analysis and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently support and advise teams across the business.
  • A curious, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker or Power BI, digital or out‑of‑home media or retail store operations.

What You'll Experience

  • A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in‑person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.
  • High‑impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.
  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
  • A range of programmes to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.
  • A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you.
  • Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands and a robust rewards programme that celebrates and incentivises purpose‑driven work.
