About the Role
Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you'll be responsible for analysing pricing performance, maintaining pricing models, and delivering insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making. Working closely with Sales, Retail, Trade, Master Data and Product teams, you'll help ensure our pricing remains competitive, commercially robust, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse pricing, sales performance, margins, and market trends to identify opportunities and risk.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models that support commercial strategy and business performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing recommendations.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver data driven pricing solutions.
- Prepare administrative reports, dashboards, and business analysis insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve pricing processes, reporting and data integrity.
The individual
You’ll be a naturally curious and commercially focused analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into practical business outcomes. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, business analytics expertise.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience using Power BI, Tableau or other business tools highly regarded.
- Exposure to the retail, trade, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational and analytical capability, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline are desirable.
