Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant & Household

Manager

Location: Mumbai | Employment: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant & Household Manager to become the

trusted right hand to a dynamic entrepreneur and her family. This is not a traditional PA role. It is a

position for someone who thrives on creating order, anticipating needs, solving problems

independently and ensuring that every aspect of the Principal's professional and personal life runs

seamlessly. If you naturally take ownership, have impeccable organisational skills and pride

yourself on excellence, this is a rare opportunity to build a long-term career in a highly trusted

position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an ever-changing diary, appointments, reminders and follow-ups.

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries and reservations.

• Draft professional emails, letters, presentations and business documents.

• Prepare documents on company letterheads and maintain organised digital records.

• Coordinate school schedules, medical appointments and family logistics.

• Organise birthdays, festivals, gifting, private dinners and family events from planning through

execution.

• Manage approximately five household staff including schedules, leave, attendance, payroll

coordination and performance expectations.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, maintenance providers and service professionals.

• Maintain household inventories, recurring purchases and household budgets.

• Build efficient systems, SOPs and checklists so the household operates proactively rather than

reactively.

• Protect the Principal's time by filtering requests and resolving routine matters independently.

• Handle all confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding spoken and written English.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail.

• Strong judgement and common sense.

• Proactive rather than reactive; solves problems before they reach the Principal.

• Calm under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills.

• Trustworthy, discreet, loyal and highly professional.

• Experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, family offices or UHNW households is

preferred, but exceptional early-career candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first year, you will become the central point of coordination for the Principal's professional

and personal life. Household staff will work through you, travel and events will be flawlessly

organised, deadlines will never be missed, and the Principal will have the confidence that every

detail is being managed to the highest standard.

Our Values

We value ownership, integrity, confidentiality, initiative, kindness, efficiency and a genuine

commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity where

trust, loyalty and performance are recognised and rewarded.
