Manage daily operations, scheduling, and coordination across departments to ensure a seamless flow for members and providers. 2+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or operations management. Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Proficiency in modern digital tools (Athena, G‑Suite, or related systems preferred).
