SEO & PPC Manager
Location: Central London
Working pattern: 4 days per week in the office
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: up to £38K
About the role
We’re looking for an ambitious SEO & PPC Manager to join our growing team and help drive measurable growth across a portfolio of exciting DTC and retail brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining search strategy, performance marketing and commercial thinking. You’ll have the opportunity to manage campaigns, identify growth opportunities and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strong results.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and search opportunity analysis
- Managing budgets, bids and campaign performance against agreed KPIs
- Producing regular performance reports and turning data into actionable insights
- Carrying out SEO audits and identifying technical, content and on-page opportunities
- Working with content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, conversions and overall search performance
- Testing new approaches to continually improve performance and ROI
- Working closely with clients and internal teams across creative, content and paid media
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years’ experience in SEO, PPC or a combined search/performance marketing role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable results
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Someone proactive, curious and keen to take ownership
- Agency experience is desirable but not essential
