- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI gateways, and Power BI administration.

- Ability to analyze technical errors, interpret logs or issue details, and resolve them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and detailed emails.
