Job Description
PMO Analyst Candidate must have a TS/SCI w/ Poly Key Tasks Experience with tracking, monitoring and updating status of program deliverables Experience with application of processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance Experience maintaining library of PMO documents, building a repository of project templates for both technical and management to support the Project Managers Experience supporting project, program and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research and internal outreach and communications Experience translating business processes into workflows and dashboards Experience updating and keeping current organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials pertaining to both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies Engage in defining, developing and keeping current engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standard; providing oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance Required Education / Certifications Entry‑Level/ Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience Entry‑Level/ Developmental: Associates Degree + 4 years of experience Entry‑Level/ Developmental: Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience Entry‑Level/ Developmental: Masters Degree + 0 years of experience Full Performance / Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience Full Performance / Journeyman: Associates Degree + 6 years of experience Full Performance / Journeyman: Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience Full Performance / Journeyman: Masters Degree + 2 years of experience Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience Senior: Associates Degree + 8 years of experience Senior: Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience Senior: Masters Degree + 4 years of experience Senior: PhD + 2 years of experience Expert/ Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience Expert/ Master: Associates Degree + 10 years of experience Expert/ Master: Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience Expert/ Master: Masters Degree + 6 years of experience Expert/ Master: PhD + 4 years of experience Salary and Benefits The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
