Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Varicent ICM experience to support incentive compensation solutions. This person will serve as the bridge between IT and business, gathering requirements, creating visual mockups, and ensuring end-user adoption. Strong UI/UX background, especially with mobile experience, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, finance, and operations stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements. Use Figma (or similar tools) to create wireframes and mockups, presenting designs in a clear and visual way.

Support the design, implementation, and optimization of incentive compensation solutions in Varicent ICM. Configure compensation plans, rules, calculations, and reports. Leverage Presenter Adaptive (Varicent module) for statement generation and mobile capabilities.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and usability. Participate in testing and validation of compensation models and payout processes. Provide ongoing support for monthly payouts and reporting.

Must-Have Skills 3–5 years of IT or BA experience. Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM (compensation modeling, reporting, configuration). Strong knowledge of Presenter Adaptive reporting.

Ability to engage directly with salespeople/end-users and translate needs to IT. UI/UX mindset with experience in mockups, wireframes, and Figma. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills SQL and relational database knowledge. Background in Sales Performance Management (SPM).
