PLUMBING & HEATING TECHNICIAN

(All 5 Boroughs)

Starting Pay: $25/hr.

JOB DUTIES:

• Service, repair, and install plumbing and heating systems

• Replace and maintain water heaters, boilers, backflow/RPZ devices, valves, and controls

• Perform pipe fitting, soldering, troubleshooting, and system repairs

• Handle service calls independently from diagnosis through completion

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

• Maintain accurate work practices and follow company procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7 years of plumbing service experience

• Heating experience required

• Strong knowledge of hot water and steam systems, gas piping, and hydronic systems

• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing and heating issues independently

• Ability to travel to job sites

• Own basic plumbing tools

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Backflow, boiler, or gas-related certifications are a plus
