Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities Familiarity with specification writing Performing field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects Coordinating with other disciplines Developing calculations for Plumbing system sizing Thorough knowledge of local Plumbing Codes Understanding work planning and manage the design process to the available hours in the plan Ability to meet with clients and work with contractors Oversee deliverables to and from clients Take ownership of assignments and work both independently and as part of the project team Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit Strongly motivated, well organized, and shows professional initiative Excellent communication skills Proactive and collaborative team member Previous experience in designing Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education and Laboratory projects is a plus PE License strongly preferred Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance coverage, a 401K plan match, generous paid time-off, and much more, to all our full-time employees.
