Job Description

What will your day‑to‑day look like? Understand the current platform functionalities and future potential of the complete 3DExperience suite from Dassault Systèmes applied at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Become the subject‑matter expert of PLM processes: Engineering and EPLM organization processes regarding individual parts and assemblies definition, 3D modelization, including all necessary instructions for definition and assembly as well as the change management process and supporting procedures.

Be a transformation agent to influence process improvements that align with the PLM/MBE vision. Document and execute the test plan, identify testing issues and participate in troubleshooting. Write and present training and learning material with the help of the PLM training lead in the team.

Prepare communication material to be published on the intranet, on Teams or by email with the help of the PLM communication lead. Offer support to PLM users for the execution of their User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Apply project management competencies, make decisions with known risks and communicate at various levels.

Integrate new or improved PLM process solutions with other PLM business processes such as document management, project management, technical instructions, and product design/configuration/manufacturing management at the enterprise level. Work in collaboration with the Digital Technology (DT) solutions team and developers to test and implement the solution in production. Requirements Bachelor degree with 4 to 10 years’ experience, or equivalent experience, in the market.

Field of studies: Aeronautics, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Logistic, Operations and Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Logistic Management, Computer Science. Strong project management skills. Must be resourceful, take initiative and be a team player.

Business sense is a key competency in this role. Good technical, product knowledge (engines). Strong people and communication skills.

Experience with customer support, troubleshooting and communication back to the customer. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (or equivalent software). Experience with ENOVIA, 3DExperience, CATIA, VPM, JIRA, SharePoint is an asset, but not essential.

Available for occasional business trips from one plant to another to meet working teams if the situation permits. Position is part of a French‑speaking work environment; requires very good knowledge of English for daily reading, understanding, documentation and communication with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
