Plant Simulation Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, validate, and maintain discrete event simulation models using PlantSIM for manufacturing plants and supply chain processes. Execute end-to-end simulation projects — from requirement gathering, scoping, model building, validation, to insights presentation. Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in production lines, logistics, and supply chain networks.
