About the role

We welcome candidates who are keen to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to a collaborative and student-focused team environment.

You will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, employers, academic colleagues and external partners.

You will be confident using your initiative, balancing competing priorities and managing multiple deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

An understanding of employability and student career development within the Higher Education sector would be advantageous, alongside a genuine interest in supporting students to achieve their placement goals.

Knowledge of placement opportunities and employment trends within the economics, finance or related sectors would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
