Job Description – Placement Executive / Placement Manager

Location: Bangalore (Thubrahalli)

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Experience:

• Placement Executive: 6 Months – 2 Years | CTC: ₹2–4 LPA
• Placement Manager: 4–6 Years | CTC: ₹5–7 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic professionals with EdTech or Institutional Placement experience to drive placements for our learners by building strong corporate partnerships and creating employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HRs, and corporate hiring teams.
• Generate placement opportunities for students in IT and Non-IT companies.
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, profile sharing, and follow-ups.
• Support students throughout the placement process until successful onboarding.
• Develop long-term corporate partnerships for recurring hiring requirements.
• Track placement activities and maintain accurate reports.

Requirements

• Experience in EdTech or Institutional Placements is mandatory.
• Strong corporate network and recruiter connections.
• Proven experience in placing students in IT or Non-IT organizations.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
